Specifications, delivery date and payment terms fixed in writing.
You get: Order confirmation from Hari Om Arts. 50% advance starts production.
Production
Your order is built in our workshop in Jodhpur.
You get: Weekly photo and video updates.
Final QC and packaging
Every piece is checked against the approved sample and packed for export.
You get: QC report. Third-party inspection welcome.
Shipping and documents
Container loading and full export documentation.
You get: Loading photos, document set. Balance 50% against copy of B/L.

Every market has different requirements. Instead of charging every customer for certificates they may not need, we arrange them per order. Tell us what you require and we confirm feasibility and cost with your quotation.

Timber origin and legality documents for your due diligence statement.

Do you export directly?
Yes. We are the manufacturer and export directly from India. Contracts and invoices are with Hari Om Arts.
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the product. Tell us what you are looking for and we will confirm the MOQ with your quotation.
Can I mix products in one container?
Yes, mixed containers are welcome.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes. We build to your drawings, sizes, wood and finish.
Can you produce under our brand?
Yes, private label production is available.
Which woods do you work with?
Mango, acacia and sheesham (Indian hardwoods), and oak and walnut imported from Europe and North America. Other species on request.
Do samples cost anything?
Samples are free of charge on FOB basis. Freight, duties and import costs are paid by the buyer.
How long does production take?
6–10 weeks after order confirmation and advance payment, depending on the product.
What are your payment terms?
50% advance with the order, 50% against copy of the Bill of Lading.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
FOB Mundra or CIF your port, as agreed per order.
Can we inspect before shipment?
Yes. Factory visits and third-party inspections are welcome at any stage.
Which documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, certificate of origin, fumigation/phytosanitary certificate and EUDR documentation. Company documents (GST, IEC) on request.
How long is a quotation valid?
30 days. For CIF quotations the freight part is valid for 14 days.
